Commercial Fleet Branding
Turn every vehicle in your fleet into a moving billboard. Volume pricing for 5+ vehicles, consistent branding across mixed vehicle types, and staged scheduling so your business never stops rolling.
Every wrapped vehicle in your fleet is a moving billboard that works 365 days a year. According to the Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA), a single wrapped vehicle generates between 30,000 and 70,000 daily impressions depending on route and market density.
Unlike digital ads, which charge per click and stop the moment your budget runs out, a fleet wrap is a one-time investment that continues generating impressions for the entire life of the wrap — typically 5 to 7 years. When you divide the cost of a wrap across thousands of days of exposure, the cost per impression is a fraction of a cent, making fleet wraps one of the most cost-effective advertising channels available to Rhode Island businesses.

We offer fleet pricing for businesses wrapping 5 or more vehicles. Volume discounts apply to both materials and labor — when we order vinyl in bulk and schedule multiple vehicles in sequence, we pass the savings on to you.
Fleet pricing typically reduces per-vehicle wrap cost by 15–25% compared to single-vehicle pricing, with the largest savings on fleets of 10+ vehicles using the same design across all units. Contact us for a custom fleet quote based on your vehicle count, vehicle types, and design complexity.
Most fleets aren't uniform — a contractor might have cargo vans, a pickup truck, and a box truck. A landscaper might have enclosed trailers and open-bed trucks. We design each vehicle wrap to match your brand identity while adapting the layout to the proportions of each vehicle type.
The logo, colors, and contact information stay consistent across every unit, but the design flexes to fit each vehicle's panel sizes and shapes. The result is a fleet that looks unified on the road regardless of what each driver is operating.
We schedule fleet wraps in stages so your business never has all its vehicles off the road at the same time. A typical approach is to wrap 2–3 vehicles at a time, return them to service, then bring in the next batch.
A full car or SUV wrap takes 3–5 business days; vans and trucks take 5–7 days. For a fleet of 10 vehicles, we can complete the entire project over 4–5 weeks with only 20–30% of your fleet in the shop at any given time. Rush scheduling is available for time-sensitive launches.
Every fleet wrap uses 3M or Avery Dennison cast vinyl — the same commercial-grade material specified by national fleet operators. Cast vinyl conforms to rivets, corrugations, and compound curves without shrinking or lifting, and it carries a manufacturer warranty of 5–7 years for vertical applications.
We apply a UV-resistant overlaminate over all printed graphics, which protects the ink from sun fade and extends the wrap's color vibrancy across its full service life. For high-impact areas like hood leading edges and front bumpers, we can specify an additional protective film layer.
When a leased vehicle reaches the end of its term, the wrap can be removed cleanly without damaging the factory paint — provided the wrap was installed correctly and the paint was in sound condition at installation. We use the same professional removal process whether we installed the wrap or another shop did.
The vinyl is warmed and peeled in sections, adhesive residue is dissolved with manufacturer-approved solvent, and the surface is detailed to a like-new finish. Most fleet operators schedule removal 1–2 weeks before lease return.
